The Pig Brain was rumored to be in item in the game Mr. Meaty: Treasures of the Deep. In the early 2010s, some people have noted a sighting of a "pig brain" in the game. The item was supposedly worth 90 points, and also was said to first appear in the seventh level of the game. It is unknown if the item is real or not, considering that there are no tags relating to the item on any online game. However, one person, while on level 7 and just getting a cyborg finger, saw the sighting of "pinkish thing" that didn't look too much like the pig snout, another item in the game. The item was also characterized to have three brown eyes and a light bulb on top.
